Case Management & Advocacy

Case management and advocacy is embedded into all of the work we do together, and includes:

​

• Understanding the services that are available to you and your child

• Support with service navigation and referrals

• Completing applications for funding, if applicable

• Advocacy with school and community support teams

• Preparation for appointments / attending appointments

• Building a cohesive support network and supporting everyone to work together

​

You don't need to figure it all out on your own.  Community mental health and developmental services can be confusing and fragmented, but when everyone is working together to support your child and family, amazing things can happen!
